YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES

Guest Relations: Du empfängst Gäste, Familien und Lieferanten mit Herzlichkeit und sorgst für einen professionellen Check-in (inkl. Besucherausweisen).
Communication Hub: Du managst unsere Telefonzentrale souverän und wechselst im Minutentakt sicher zwischen Deutsch und Englisch.
School Operations: Du hältst unsere Systeme am Laufen, indem du Anwesenheiten, Krankmeldungen und Verspätungen präzise in iSAMS erfasst.
Admin Support: Du kümmerst dich um Post, Kurierdienste und die Verwaltung von Fundsachen („Lost and Found“). Auch die Prüfung von Rechnungen in deinem Bereich gehört dazu.
Safeguarding: Du unterstützt unsere Sicherheits- und Kinderschutzprotokolle und behältst bei Notfallregistern und Sicherheitsübungen einen kühlen Kopf.

YOUR QUALIFICATION

Erfahrung: Du hast bereits im Service, am Empfang oder im Front Office gearbeitet – egal ob in der Hotellerie, im Praxismanagement, einer Schule oder in einem modernen Büro.
Sprachgefühl: Dein Deutsch ist sicher (C1) und dein Englisch ist so gut (B2), dass du dich problemlos mit internationalen Eltern und Kolleg*innen verständigen kannst.
Organisationstalent: Du liebst klare Strukturen, arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und hast keine Scheu davor, neue Software (wie unser Schulsystem iSAMS) zu lernen.
Persönlichkeit: Du bist ein Teamplayer mit interkultureller Sensibilität. Auch wenn es morgens am Tresen wuselig wird, bleibst du gelassen und freundlich.
Compliance: Du identifizierst dich mit unseren Werten zu Inklusion und Kinderschutz (Safeguarding) und bringst die notwendigen Nachweise (Führungszeugnis, Masernschutz) mit.
Führerschein: Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.
