YOUR QUALIFICATION
Dein Profil: Tools, Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen- Erfahrung in der Steuerung technischer Anlagen und Gebäudesysteme (mind. 3 Jahre)
- Nachweisliche Praxis im Projekt- und Bauphasenmanagement (LP 1–9, mind. 2 Jahre)
- Grundkenntnisse in CAFM-Systemen und hohe IT-Affinität (z. B. Planon, Archibus)
- Budgetsteuerung, Kostenkontrolle und Investitionsmanagement im Facility-Bereich
- Fundiertes Know-how in Arbeitsschutz, Brandschutz und Gebäudesicherheit
- Führungserfahrung im technischen Teamumfeld (mind. 1 Jahr)
- Deutsch C1 und Englisch C1 in Wort und Schrift (internationale Community)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar
- Gültige Arbeitsschutz-/Brandschutz-Schulung, Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland
- Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Smart-Building-Technologien, nachhaltigen Mobilitätskonzepten, Digitalisierung
Wichtig: Vor Beginn der Beschäftigung bei der BBIS sind folgende Unterlagen vorzulegen:
- Ein Nachweis über die Immunität gegen Masern, der durch einen Arzt bestätigt worden sein muss, sofern Sie nach 1970 geboren wurden. Alternativ kann auch ein ärztliches Zeugnis über eine medizinische Kontraindikation vorgelegt werden.
- Das Originalzeugnis des höchsten erworbenen (Universitäts-)Abschlusses
- Ein erweitertes Führungszeugnis, das nicht älter als sechs Monate sein darf

Important: Before beginning the employment at BBIS, the following documents must be submitted:
- Proof of immunity against measles, which must have been confirmed by a doctor if you were born after 1970. Alternatively, a medical certificate of medical contraindication can be provided.
- The original certificate of the highest obtained (university) degree
- An extended certificate of conduct that must not be older than six months.
These documents are required to comply with legal and internal employment regulations.

BBIS Berlin Brandenburg International School is an independently run, state-approved, inclusive, English-medium day and boarding school serving the internationally-minded community of Germany’s capital region and beyond. As one of Europe’s leading International Baccalaureate (IB) schools, BBIS proudly offers three IB programmes in the Primary, Middle and Diploma years of schooling.
