YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES

Strategic, technical, operational, and financial management of our 35-hectare campus at BBIS Seeberg
Implementation and further development of the “Green Campus” vision focusing on sustainability, CO₂ neutrality, and energy efficiency
Managing construction and renovation projects (planning phases 1–9), including budget planning, quality assurance, and coordination of all stakeholders
Overseeing technical facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems, and CAFM software
Leading and developing the internal facility management team and coordinating external service providers (cleaning, security, catering, transportation)
Budgeting, cost analysis, and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, child protection, and legal standards as defined by Brandenburg state regulations
Collaborating closely with the COO, internal departments, and external partners and authorities
Promoting sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion in all areas of facility operations

YOUR QUALIFICATION

University degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Real Estate or a related field
Several years of relevant leadership experience in technical facility operations and project management
Strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of maintenance and construction processes
Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written)
A hands-on, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative work style
Confident in working with digital tools and CAFM systems
Interest in working in an intercultural environment and commitment to community values
Eagerness to actively shape and support our vision of a sustainable and future-ready campus

The original certificate of the highest obtained (university) degree
An extended certificate of conduct that must not be older than six months.
